Conditions

Connection charge is a once off $48 per account ($52.80 inc GST) or $96 for ISDN dialin ($105.60 inc GST).
Accounts are flat rate within limits, no excess traffic or time charges are levied if you stay within the limits of your plan.
Excess time is $2.40/hour ($2.64 inc GST), excess traffic is $0.35/Mb ($0.39 inc GST).
Credit payment of $100 is required, this is non-refundable. Once your credit is exhausted a new credit payment of $100 will be invoiced by email.
You will be given 30 days notice by email of any change of pricing or specifications.
Signed written notice giving one months notice is required to terminate a contract.
You can switch between plans at any time without paying the connection fee. If you switch to ISDN you need to pay the difference between the normal connection fee and the ISDN connection fee.
No adult or RC material can be published through our network that contravenes New South Wales laws.
Web pages causing link flooding or in breach of copyright may be removed.
